I have resolved to try and write at least one lame sentence on this blog every day! I think the therapeutic benefits can not be denied. Its gotten to image heavy these days. Now I'm begging the 3rd week of school and still feeling tired after classes are over! Somehow it seems to take quite a bit of energy every time, though my hours are still few. I guess planning is the key, yet if I allow myself to go off the cuff I feel its far more interesting.
Today I decided to write a quote on the board just for fun, "Be Here Now" and found myself creating a whole grammar lesson spontaneously, whilst managing to throw in a bit of Dharma. I teach them breathing mediation every time at the begging and end of class, just for a few minutes.
ROkon is going good, its been looking amazing recently thanks to Julian who used to live and work in the great Hollywoo, and everyone is raving about the new design. I had nothing to do with it of course, but this next issue I'm producing a new section on "Body, mind and Soul" which will require a mad dash of content gathering in the next few days. Its an exciting time and everyone can feel it, or maybe Seoul is just an exciting city. May the greatest good result of our actions!
